Fire District Official Packages:
Registrations include educational sessions, entrance to the Vendor Expo, breakfast(s), lunch(s), receptions.

Full Registration                              $375 per person
Two Day Registration                      $285 per person
1 Day Registration                          $160 per person

Partner Registration Packages: 
Only available with the purchage of a Fire District Official  Registration. Included in Partner registrations: entrance to Vendor Expo, breakfas(s), Lunch(s) , receptions.

2 Day Registration                         $195 per person
1 Day Registration                         $110 per person

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation must be received in writing (email).
If a cancellation is received 14 days or more prior to the event, the Association will refund LESS $100 administrative fee. If cancellation is received less than 14 day prior to the event, no refunds will be issued.

Host Hotel Reservation Link:
The link for the Saratoga Hilton room block will be available at the bottom of the PDF receipt of payment attached to your confirmation email.  You will need to copy and paste as this is NOT a hotlink.  Links for all overflow hotels will be included in your confirmation email.

ALL VENDORS are invited to attend the Reception & Auction on Thursday evening. This is a time for you to socialize with your clients. 

Move In:
Thursday - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm - Vendor floor access will be permitted as soon as the decorator will allow.  

Vehicles will be given a move in time. Wheel board count will be expected.
ALL Vehicles MUST comply with fuel level requirements. 

Move Out: 
Friday 10/9 - 1:00 pm.
