Years of Service Recognition Application

AFDSNY proudly recognizes the commitment and dedication of the Volunteer Fire Service across New York State.  Nominees are eligible to receive an award only during the same calendar year that their designated year of service was achieved.

Recognitions will be awarded as follows: (9/2022)

• Fire District Commissioner serving in that position for 20 years or more will receive a plaque or award
• Fire District Commissioner serving in that position for more than 10 years but less than 20 years will received a certificate of recognition.
• Fire District Secretary or Treasurer serving in that position for more than 20 year will receive a certificate of recognition
• Fire Department Members serving more than 50 years will receive a certificate of recognition
